Vaccinations & De-sexing
Caregivers are required to complete our Hotel Admission Form and provide current vaccination certificates at the time of checking into the hotel.
Guests must be vaccinated within the last 12 months against feline infectious enteritis (panleukopenia), Rhinotrachiitis (herpes) and calicivirus.
Please note stand down periods for vaccinations ie: not less than 7 days prior to checking in and not more than 12 months prior to checking in.
Kittens are required to have completed their series of vaccinations before checking into Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery.
Guests must have been treated for fleas and worms within the last two weeks before checking in to our hotel.
If we see flea dirt in any guest’s room, or the presence of worms, the guest will be treated by us at a cost of $35 per treatment.
NOTE: Please do not use a flea collar. Use a reputable product ie: Broadline, Advantage, Frontline or Revolution.
Please advise hotel management prior to checking in if the guest has any allergies to certain flea treatments.
Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery does not board un-neutered guests.

No vaccination will result in declined accommodation with Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery
Payment/costs
Accommodation with Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery is $30 per night per guest.
Full payment is required at the time of booking.
Payment options are cash, internet banking or our online booking system.
(Please note: Transaction fees apply to all online bookings).
Our hotel does not have EFTPOS and does not accept Credit Cards!!
No credit card details are retained by Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery.
Please advise in advance if you choose internet banking and Hotel account details will be provided and are visible on your invoice.
If for any reason there are unpaid accounts, these will be liable for collection costs.
Booking Changes & Cancellation Clauses 1-5
Booking with Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery confirms you have read and accepted our full Terms and Conditions.
Non-cancelled bookings are liable for full payment.
1. Peak Dates: Our Peak Dates are between 1st December and 1st March and include all public holiday periods & school holidays.
During peak dates we will charge for dates booked if you check out before the due date, check in later or cancel your booking.
NO REFUND OR CREDIT WILL BE PROVIDED DURING PEAK DATES FOR ANY REASON.
2. Outside of Peak Dates:
Notice given over 42 days prior to your pet’s arrival date is eligible to receive a full refund or credit to your account minus administration costs.
Notice given under 42 days to your pet’s arrival is eligible for 50% to be credited to your account minus administration costs.
Notice given 28 days or less no refund or credit will be provided.
3. NOTE: ANY CREDITS ISSUED MUST BE USED WITHIN 3 MONTHS OF ISSUE
4. Christmas/New year Cancellations (1 December-31 January inclusive):
If you cancel your Christmas/New Year booking prior to 31 October, 50% of your total booking cost minus administration costs is able to be refunded or credited to your account.
5. Please note: After the 31 October no credit or refund can be provided for any changes or cancellations of Christmas/New Year bookings for any reason.
There is no surcharge for public holidays
Please Note:
$60 fee applies for after hours check in and check out made by prior arrangement.
$90 fee applies if you arrive after hours without an appointment.
$5 per day fee applies to administer any medication required.

Monday – Friday 8:00am – 10:00am and 4:00pm – 6:00pm
Saturday 8:00am – 10:00am Closed Saturday afternoons
Sunday 4:00pm – 6:00pm Closed Sunday mornings
Please note: Check out is the morning after your last night stay with us.
Late check out will incur a full day charge. ie: If you are checking out Sunday afternoon, a full day will be charged. Please consider this when booking.
We appreciate you respecting our privacy and keeping to our Hotel opening hours where possible.
CHRISTMAS 2025- Our hotel will be closed for check in/check out from Tuesday 23 December 2025 10am, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day 2025 and New Years Day 2 and 3 January 2026.

Viewing of our hotel is available by appointment only. Please understand we run to a structured timetable. Please do not drive in and expect to view our facilities. We request you call to make an appointment.
Refusal of Booking
Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery reserves the right to refuse a booking if management considers the guest unsuitable for boarding.
Management may also refuse a booking for any caregiver or caregiver’s nominee who has a history of cancelling bookings at short notice, delays any outstanding payments due or abusive behaviour.
Check In and Check Out
Guests should be bought to the cattery in a suitably secure cat carrier. Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery takes no responsibility for the loss, injury or death of any cat where this advice is not observed.
Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery offers a pick-up or drop off service by appointment. This service fee is $60 one way within 30km of Hotel Kitty or $70 one way within 50km of Hotel Kitty. Further distance by arrangement.
Where your cat is transported by Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery or any of our employees or agents, we take no responsibility for any injury or death caused to your cat in the event our vehicle is involved in any type of motor vehicle accident.
All guests are accepted into our care on the understanding they are in good health and any current or prior health conditions are communicated to us prior to admittance. We reserve the right to refuse admission to any guest appearing to be unwell or thought to be suffering from any illness or infectious disease.
Authorisation for Veterinary Treatment
In leaving your cat in our care, you therefore authorise us to seek veterinarian intervention should we deem it necessary, and to act in consultation with the Veterinarian on your behalf to ensure your pet's wellbeing. Any guest under the care of Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery, the caregiver agrees to the following statements:
I give permission for Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery to access my cat's veterinarian records and/or test results pertaining to the period of this booking.
I give permission for Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery or vet to administer worm/flea treatments if necessary.
In the case of suspected illness or injury I give consent for a veterinarian consultation and investigations such as blood tests or X-rays to be performed where necessary.
I give permission for Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery staff to administer any prescribed treatments the veterinarian considers advisable.
I agree to pay any veterinarian expenses incurred along with the boarding fees and transportation charges to and from the vet ($60 one way within 30km of Hotel Kitty or $70 one way within 50km of Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery) in full at the time of collection.
**I also give consent for euthanasia - should this be necessary and recommended on humane grounds by the veterinarian caring for my cat - but only after first consulting with me if contactable, and/or my contact person if contactable.
**In the unfortunate event a guest should pass away whilst a guest at Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery the caregiver or caregivers contact person will be notified and asked for further instruction as to their wishes for the guest.
Unclaimed or Abandoned guests
Any guest left at the Hotel for 10 days in excess of their booked check out date without any contact from their caregiver or nominee, will be classed as abandoned.
In this event Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery reserve the right to make suitable alternative arrangements for the guest.
Any outstanding hotel costs and any additional costs incurred will be pursued in full.
General Information
We have an on call vet 24/7 should any guest require attention.
The hotel features an isolation unit separate from the main hotel. This unit offers a secure examination room should any guest require veterinarian assistance. Guests requiring the use of this room will continue to have individual sleeping quarters with their own beds, litter tray and food bowls. Should any guest require to be isolated, there is no extra charge for this.
Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery accepts no responsibility or liability for illness, injury, death or loss for any reason whatsoever. Please be aware all guests staying at the hotel are entirely at their caregiver’s risk.
Feeding
Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery chooses to provide the Royal Canin diet range for our guests.
Should any guest be on a prescription diet, caregivers are asked to supply their own food. We do not offer a discount of hotel rates if you provide your own food.
Photographs & Videos
Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery management often take pictures/videos of our guests and our hotel which may be used for promotional purposes and any other reason.
Hotel Kitty Boutique Cattery reserves the right in perpetuity to use these images without cost. Images may appear online, our website or social media sites or in print.
